About me
Hi, I’m Amanda! Since 2017, I’ve been deeply immersed in the world of Design Systems. I’ve had the privilege of designing and developing a wide range of components, patterns, and processes, while also stepping into leadership roles such as team lead and product manager. Today, I lead the governance and execution of the iCIMS Design System, overseeing everything from design and development to cross-functional adoption.
